During Thanksgiving weekend (October 10), we had brethren visiting us from Leominster, MA, Providence, RI, Ottawa, ON and Quebec, QC. We had organized a whole weekend dedicated to our children. The theme of the weekend was the Fruits of the Spirit.
On Sabbath we had 8 different booths and three presentations, covering all the fruits of the Spirit. The children had to collect pins at each booths and pin them on their team bandanas.
On Sunday, we went to a corn maze that helped us build a relationship with one another. Even though one of us was sick, we did have a blessed day!
We praise God and thank Him for making this special joyful occasion possible. We look forward to more events of this kind so that our youth may gain a practical experience with God.
